- Grew a perps DEX to over $100M in cumulative volume within six months of launch, with $80M+ in signed volume commitments, through campaigns and trader outreach on Telegram, X and DeFi communities.
- Designed the incentive engine behind that growth, including volume programs, trading tournaments, referral codes and fee structures for high-volume traders.
- Owned the full deal cycle and closed liquidity, pre-seed (SAFT/SAFE) and token swap deals totaling $3M+.
- Served on the Nibiru Ventures investment committee, preparing memos, running diligence and analyzing pricing and competition across a pipeline of 1,000+ companies.
- Rebuilt outbound as an AI-assisted process, using Claude for research, reverse lookups and outreach to feed a faster CRM.
